I am 18 years and found the spider veins on the legs today. Have you ever are varicose veins? If so, what can I do now to prevent varicose veins and get rid of this?

I'm not sure what you have spider veins, but there are things you can do to prevent varicose veins too.
Varicose veins occur when sitting or standing around a lot in one place and not move my legs. My friend was over 7 years as a secretary. The same applies to other professions where you are you as an employee. What can you do to get up and go is if you often sit and wear compression stockings. Are averages that go on top, sometimes in the thigh. It will bring them before getting out of bed, it helps to support their veins. I saw them at CVS the other day.
